Gaytan Foods was started in 1935 by Florencio and Jesus Gaytan - only it wasn't yet known as Gaytan Foods. Our founders actually started in the market business, selling everything from dairy to meat and everything in between. Our specialty is in the area Pork Rinds & Cheese Puffs.
